Yin yoga consists of long-held poses that work into the connective tissues of the body. Benefits: reduces stress and anxiety, brings balance to mind and body, increases mobility and flexibility.
Along with the asana practice of yin, mudra, marma points and medicinal oils are also integrated into the class. Oh and of course chocolate to wrap up the practice.

It is recommended to bring a blanket and sweater to really settle into this beautiful practice of yin yoga.
