The Practice:
Our Yin Yoga classes are a gentle and meditative experience. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on holding poses for an extended period, typically 3-5 minutes, allowing your muscles to relax and your connective tissues to stretch. This practice promotes flexibility, mobility, and deep relaxation.

What to Expect:
- A mindful warm-up to prepare your body and mind for the practice.
- A series of seated and reclined poses
- Gentle guidance and adjustments to ensure safe and effective stretching.
